These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7m77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7m77 online casino and sports betting platform available at https://7m77.ws and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Service").

7m77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending balances pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one registered account on 7m77. The registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. To register, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid mobile number registered in your name, which will be used for SMS verification and account recovery.
• A date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A secure password of at least 8 characters. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree to notify 7m77 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 7m77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account prior to our receiving such notification.

7m77 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to applicable KYC verification requirements and payment provider limits.
• Deposits are credited to your 7m77 account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation from your payment provider. 7m77 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• 7m77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. Actual processing times may vary based on your payment provider's availability and network conditions.
• All funds deposited on 7m77 must be used for genuine gaming activity. The platform reserves the right to investigate and withhold withdrawals where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of the bonus system.

From time to time, 7m77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are awarded to verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and are limited to one bonus per player, per household address and per payment method.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including, without limitation, bonus arbitrage, placing opposing bets to guarantee a net win regardless of outcome, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of all related bonus balances and may result in account termination.

All bonus promotions are intended for recreational players only. 7m77 reserves the right to restrict bonus participation for players identified as professional gamblers, bonus hunters, or players employing systematic strategies designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage with the platform in good faith.

All games available on 7m77 are governed by their own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In addition to individual game rules, the following general fair play principles apply to all players:

• RNG-based games on 7m77 use certified random number generation systems. The outcomes of these games cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any player or by 7m77.
• Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment managed by trained human dealers. Results are determined by real physical outcomes and are final once the round is concluded.

7m77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their play in a safe and controlled manner. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: players may configure session time alerts to be notified when they have been playing for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully locked and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires.
• Reality check: players may enable periodic on-screen notifications summarising their session duration and net financial position during the session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7m77. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage or to automate gameplay.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or platform system. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or discovered bug must be reported to 7m77 support immediately and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform staff to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair financial advantage.

7m77 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited activities. All decisions regarding account suspension, balance forfeiture and access restrictions made in connection with detected prohibited activities are final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

7m77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the timeframe specified by 7m77.
• Where 7m77 is required to close the account to comply with applicable law, a court order, or the instruction of a relevant regulatory authority.

Upon account termination, any remaining balance that is not subject to a pending investigation, fraud hold, or bonus wagering requirement will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period. Balances subject to active investigations will be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

7m77 collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of the Service. The categories of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, and your rights as a data subject are set out in full in the 7m77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

All personal data transmitted between your device and the 7m77 platform is protected by SSL encryption. 7m77 does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services solely as necessary to deliver the Service and comply with legal obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7m77 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Service.
• Any loss arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or technical disruptions outside the direct control of 7m77.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss or damage, whether or not 7m77 was advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 7m77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where applicable consumer protection law prevents the full exclusion of liability, 7m77's liability is limited to the amount of the deposit made by the player in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure by contacting support.
